Do I need to be home?
No, you don’t. You can provide us with access to your home with a key, a door/garage code, or can be there to let us in then leave if you can.

How do you handle my security system and keys?

Security system codes are kept in our clients files and keys are kept in the office in a key cabinet. Only Managers have access to both. On the day of clean cleaners are given the codes or keys. 

Do you have a minimum charge?
Our minimum charge for any type of clean is 3 hrs.

Will you send the same professional cleaner each time? 

Yes. 

How many professional cleaners will clean my space?

We usually work solo but it depends on the needs of the clients and homes.

Are you Bonded & Insured?

Yes, our team of cleaning technicians are all bonded and have passed background checks. We also are WHMIS and CPR certified.

What happens if i'm not pleased with the service provided?

Please let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we will redo the area for free.

Will the initial cleaning take longer than the ones that follow? 

Yes, initial clean are treated as deep cleans. Once we deep clean your home we continuing maintaining it.

Are pets at home ok?

Yes, we love animals!

What if i want something done thats not on your checklist?

We are happy to help, just let us know. We create plans for each client based on their needs.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We ask for 48-72 hour notice, however we understand things happen so for recurring clients we have a 3 rule strike. After the third last minute cancellation we charge $75 for cancelled appointments. 

How do I pay for services?

We love a simple e-transfer, however we accept Cash and Cheques.

What happens if something is broken?

We will replace the damaged/broken item as soon as possible.

Is there a deposit fee required? `
